Delivery time for unstitched and ready to wear articles is 8-10 working days Delivery time for customized stitching is 15-20 working days.

Exchange Policy

1. Urban’s Libass does not offer ‘Returns’ for any of products.
2. All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 05 days only if:

Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.

The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

The received product(s) differed from the original order.

Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing etc.

In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 05 days of the original order delivered date.
